We have a 10-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

On some occasions return pick up is not possible due non serviceable pincode, in that case customer has to return the parcel himself and share the tracking details.

Damages and issues

For any incomplete, damaged or defective order, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the product received. You can process the refund/exchange for such item through our returns centre. We’ll make sure we resolve this issue with you in a timely manner.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all socks, underwear, perfume purchases are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bundles or discounted purchases or gift cards.

Bamboo Oversize Crew Neck – Coldplay Edit t-shirts are only eligible for exchanges and are non-refundable.

Products purchased with cred coins or cred discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

You can exchange any product if you are not satisfied with the fit or size, within 10 days from the date of delivery. However, Rs. 75 will be charged per item as Returns handling charges.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, Rs. 75 will be deducted per item as Returns handling charges and Shipping or COD charges will also be deducted. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
