Shipping Policy
At Plant Yum, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location and courier partner availability. A shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable for orders weighing up to 500g, and ₹100 for orders above 500g. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared to help you track your shipment.
Refund Policy
As Plant Yum products are food and beverage items, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
