Rosemary, (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen plant of the mint family. The leaves have a pungent, slightly bitter taste and are generally used, dried or fresh, to season foods. In traditional medicine it is a popular aromatic constituent of tonics and liniments.

Rosemary tea contains compounds that have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Consuming and inhaling compounds in rosemary have been shown to reduce anxiety, boost mood and improve concentration and memory.

You can use it to garnish your salads and stir-fry vegetables, or add it to your tea for a great flavor.
